Leland Wells serves as Chief Operations Officer for Briggs Industrial Solutions where he leads company-wide branch operations as well as centralized operational support functions including safety and facilities. He has held various leadership roles since joining Briggs in 2015, including General Manager for the DFW and Mid-South Regions.

Prior to Briggs, Leland served more than 19 years in the Industrial and Telecommunications industries in various sales and operational leadership roles for Fortune 500 companies.

Leland received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas and holds multiple operational and supply chain certifications.

Courtney Harvey serves as the Chief Operating Officer, Heavy Line, leading our Truck & Rail and Earth & Ag business lines. Previously he served our Senior Vice President of Business Development, where he was charged with leading our sales organization, used organization, and future expansion of our business. Prior to that role, Courtney was Senior Vice President of Operations where he oversaw 32 locations in the Southeastern United States. Courtney has held various other positions in the company since he joined in 2011.

Prior to Briggs, Courtney served at multiple building product and material handling companies and served roles in Sales, Operations and Major accounts, including the founding of his own material handling company.

Courtney graduated from West Texas State University with a degree in Business Administration.

Dane Power has served as the Regional Vice President – East, Briggs Equipment since January 2024, where he leads operations for our Florida, Georgia, and Gulf Coast Regions. Prior to this role, he was General Manager of the Florida-Georgia Region. Since Dane also held the position of Branch Manager for the San Antonio and Austin branches until moving into regional leadership positions in January 2019.

Prior to Briggs Equipment, Dane served in various operational and sales leadership positions in the solid waste and uniform industries.

Dane graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Business Administration.

Nick Lamarand serves as Vice President – Sales, leading the sales team in providing complete solutions to our customers through material handling equipment and warehouse solutions. Prior to this role, Nick has held numerous roles throughout his 16 years with Briggs Equipment, starting as a Management Trainee out of college, and lately in the role of Senior Director of Sales. He has held Account Manager, Sales Manager and Branch Manager positions throughout various locations in the company.

Nick graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in International Business and a degree in Business Administration.

Michael Callahan joined Briggs in November 2023 and serves as the Vice President of Finance for Briggs Industrial Solutions, where he leads the finance and accounting teams. Michael is a results-oriented finance leader with a robust background in FP&A, team leadership, process improvement, and strategic financial management with experience in the Industrial Manufacturing and Financial Service industries.

Michael holds dual master's degrees — one in Accounting and Information Management and another in Business Administration (MBA) — from The University of Texas at Dallas, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida.
